Some comments for ya:  
* Needs a previous revisions list (with date)
* Needs Drawn by:
* Needs Title: in title box (upper left)
* Needs Drawing Num: if applicable
* Needs a pretty logo
* Needs page number if applicable.
* Symmetry on borders required (A simple \ would seperate the numbers from the letters)
* text / boxes are colliding & overwriting eachother.
* Unreadable chip names.
* neat with colors.
* KiCad not specified. (what does it meaaan?)
* Recommend pulling reset to high with an external resistor (10k maybe?)
* The cap on ADC0 is sacrificing input reaction speed, you sure you want to do this?
